Continuous Learning Definition: The ongoing practice of staying curious and actively seeking to become more knowledgeable across a range of topics, treating almost any experience as a potential lesson. It applies to work and life alike, and includes reflecting on things that go wrong so they can be learned from and prevented in future.So what? Curiosity and a habit of learning continually are treated as core to quality work, helping practitioners keep pace with change and turn everyday events into growth rather than letting learning stop after formal education.Example: Booking a regular weekly slot to study during work hours, then applying a newly learned concept in a meeting later that same week.

Earn your Hamster Badge Hamster time! In quality, there is no box to think outside I like to see the box as a representation of the boundaries of your own knowledge and experience. The more you acquire, the bigger the box becomes for you, compared to someone else with perhaps more limited knowledge or experience, in general or in a specific domain. Just like the puzzle you mention: once you've figured out the way to solve it, it becomes a newly acquired technique you can start applying to new puzzles. It is no longer "out of the box" for you. Looking forward to it! I moticed something recently... I feel it too! So many new areas to explore, so much more to learn, apply and share, ...
