Software professional with 35+ years of experience who has worked in several roles in the IT industry, both in technical leadership and as an individual contributor. with a strong background in development and a special interest in software quality assurance.

I often reflect on which attitudes, practices and techniques drive a healthy software development environment for organizations and encourage the continuous improvement of teams.

I have implemented software systems in diverse cultural and technological environments, can show a good academic background and keep the passion for learning. In this vein, I currently develop methods and tools to leverage AI for improving the software development lifecycle.
