He helps enterprise technology organizations increase their business value through process efficiency, increased automation, and alignment of IT strategy to business objectives. He has designed and delivered technology training curriculum for non-profits to build technology delivery centers in disadvantaged communities. He was the Executive Vice President of the Association for Software Testing and the recipient of the 2013 Software Test Professionals Luminary award.
