Such a refreshing take.... It’s easy to get focused on a candidate's tech stack or yrs of experience,....but just a resume does't capture how someone handles a high pressure release day or breaks tension during those scrum meetings. The synergy of different characters is exactly what transforms a team into a high performing team. Thanks for sharing this @Gary
