I am so glad you posted this Rosie. I have heard about this type of thing, but to be able to see it visually really hits home.

Ahhh, I did not realise that the plan for this was a book, I just thought it was for fun 😂 how exciting!

Update: I am totally a doer, I am not a developer! But I could be if I wanted to be, I choose not to. Thanks to my manager @Neil Younger for helping me make the realisation that sometimes the words I use do not accurately represent the value I bring to the world 🙌🏻.

I love that Anne-Marie was doing quality coaching workshops at the MoT in 2012 👏. This was an excellent conversation and it has certainly made me think about where my career could go especially if I focus on my strengths. I highly recommend this video 🙌🏻.

Thank you for the book recommendation. I can see how quality, care and community are totally all interlinked. One of those things that just makes perfect sense as soon as you said it.
