I LOVE this writing style - fab piece!
This bit especially - "please donāt take it personally if a tester challenges your proposed solution or what youāve already coded". This is exactly why I come with a README and how to work with me guide; so that folks know I am not questioning them, but the product we are working on with the aim to make it as good as it can be :D
