I LOVED what you were saying about the problems you have with bringing on junior testers and the "go faster" problem. I've been trying to influence those developers to explain, you'll only go as fast as the slowest cog in the machine. I'm seeing devs focus so much on production of code, that they're losing design skills, questioning skills etc. Our testing skills have never been more needed, and its us that are expanding our roles and crossing role boundaries to plug those gaps.
