I've been working in the software testing and quality engineering space since the year 2000 whilst also combining it with my love for education and community. It turns out quality, community and education go nicely hand in hand.

I'm here for community as a service and building the best possible tech community out there.

Great addition to the Risk List series! HCI is often treated as an afterthought with AI features, but it's where the most visible failures happen. I’d love to see some specific heuristic examples for testing how gracefully an AI hands control back to the user when it hits a failure state. That transition is where I'm seeing the most friction in the apps I'm testing right now.
