Do you have a general outline that you tend to follow? Or any questions to hand to guide you as a mentor?

@Rosie: We usually start with introductions, understanding the backgrounds, and then, based on that, I try to ask some context-free questions to go deep with them.
I then try to map it to their goals, activities, resources, and to do tasks.
And, each conversation has a unique dimension to it.
