Ever had to automate a product and it just, won't, work.... Whilst our own coding and problem-solving skills contribute to how we progress with automation, how far we can get with automation can also be down to a product's automatability. Automability can mean a range of things, the stability of the product and its environment, the technologies used and their debug features, the controllability of specific components, etc. So to ensure we can succeed with automation we need to be able to identify, measure and assess a product's automatability.

That's why, in this workshop, we'll focus on all things automatability. What does it mean, what characteristics of the product affect it and how can we improve it. To help you establish an understanding of automatability, we'll go through a range of interactive activities that get you surveying a sample application. To help you improve your automatability on your project.
