We will explore what it means to put joy at the forefront of a business and how that has translated to over 22,000 visitors touring the company since 2013. It's likely a company you have never heard of before today, but will certainly recognise some of the practices and approaches that have been developed there. This isn't just a talk about the book 'Joy Inc' which is written by the founder of the company, no, it's a love letter to future Neil determined to help foster such a collaborative and joyful culture in companies he will work with.
