I like that. You are more talented than AI and to trust yourself. Also SO much good stuff in here like "write it first, then shape it". I have once observed someone using a LLM instead of collaborating with a colleague. It can change the way team members interact, so need to have company policies on usage in my view.

Perhaps something like: "What does your LLM company policy look like?" or more specifically, "What guardrails are in place to encourage people to collaborate with humans over AI?"

@Melissa Fisher. Also makes me think of the Agile Manifesto and perhaps we could create an AI Quality Manifesto where we list a set of manifesto points which use the " over " style of manifesto writing. 🤔
