Over the last couple of days we've achieved another major milestone for Quality and the culture we are building at Capital One in the UK.
We have been running events in both our London and Nottingham offices to officially launch our This is Quality Academy and it has been so great to see how many people are interested and want to benefit from the training it offers everyone - regardless of their roles. 👏🏻
The aim of the academy is to provide consistent, structured and fun training for everyone across tech to learn more about Quality and how to achieve it continuously through the enablers of people, process, tools and outcomes.
There are 3 levels of training starting with the Fundamentals pathway, each module delves into each enabler and as we progress to each level the training gets more in-depth.
This has been almost a year in the making and there has been so much hard work and creativity gone into the creation of the academy by so many people, and its not finished as we continue to build out, improve and deliver more training options.
Its incredible to see what has been achieved in such a short space of time, and I cannot thank everyone involved enough. So many people have contributed so far and its going to be exciting to see how it grows and brings benefit to so many people moving forward.
