Nataliia Burmei
While sitting here listening to Nataliia Burmei on the Into the MoTaverse podcast, Rosie asked for advice on how to build confidence. Nataliia's advice? "Do hard things. Do scary things." I got chills listening to those words. I've always hated advice on confidence because, typically, it's framed as having the right feelings, like telling someone who never feels confident to just "feel more confident", which feels worthless to me. But Nataliia's advice is actionable. She didn't say, "Do hard things well" or "Be amazing". It's just "Do hard things." As you "do", you learn, and as you learn, you grow. Thank you, Nataliia! I needed to hear this.

I also love how 'do hard things' is very personal to our own circumstances.
What's hard for me, is different for someone else. And that's ok.
The point is to do the hard, for us, in that moment in time. And then hopefully feel good afterwards. ❤️

Amazing Nat! Lot of great advise - after listening to the podcast it feels relaxing and gaining confidence to move in the direction you believe you can achieve.
