I love podcasts. I've had the privilege of being on a few of them. Today was my first day co-hosting one! I was nervous, for sure, but once I settled in, made sure I had coffee in hand, and remembered that I'm here to make other people feel comfortable, the nervousness dissipated, and I was able to listen, ask questions, and offer feedback. Thanks, MOT, for giving us the space to do things we are scared to do!
