MoTaverse lanyards with meaning

We've been focusing on iterative improvements for TestBash.

This year we'll announce some bigger than normal changes, but in the meantime, I've been quite happy with the many smaller changes we've been making.

I do think small changes can have a big impact. And when we make many small changes, that is what creates change.

One such small change is Lanyards. Apart from looking amazing, (thanks Diana!), we have 3 lanyards people can choose from:
- a standard MoTaverse, in rainbow colour logo to support diversity overall
- a blue sunflower lanyard, for the neurodivergents
- a green lanyard for those that are Open to Work

We've used stickers and badges in the past, but I always personally felt they got lost in the busyness.

These lanyards send a clear message to the needs of attendees.

The Open to Work lanyards line up nicely with our scholarship fund that is available for people out of work and where a number of a people are attending as a result of it.

I'll be wearing the blue sunflower lanyard to represent myself openly as AuDHD. 🌻

If you have other ideas for lanyard themes for the future, drop them in the comments.
