My 2026 Goals ✨

Create Memory
it's me, enjoyng the life I live
In this memory: Daria Tsion

The end of 2025 was emotionally one of the hardest periods for me since 2022. Living in a world full of political changes while war is happening in your own country is not easy. Blackouts, massive attacks, sleepless nights — it becomes incredibly hard to find something that keeps you emotionally and physically alive.

Creating goals helps me feel grounded. It helps me feel that I still matter, even in hard times. Ministry of Testing had been in my bookmarks for years. I shared articles from it with my teammates, learned from them, but never created an account. I kept asking myself: What’s the reason? Should I do this? I spent 11 years working in the same outsourcing company, building quality processes from scratch, mentoring people, doing all my best for the people I've been working with. But for a long time, I questioned whether that experience was worth sharing with anyone else in MoT.

During a particularly difficult period, I found MoT again and finally decided to join to see if there was anything I could contribute. My first article idea was declined. The second one was approved 🥹
I wish the MoT team could have seen me when I received the message that my article was published, I was really so close to crying from happiness.
Over the past year, MoT has become much more than just a platform for me. It’s a place where quality, intention, and people truly matter, and where small but deeply meaningful goals feel achievable.

In 2026, I would love to:
- attend a Ministry of Testing conference and experience the community in person
- meet and learn directly from the people who are building such a strong, values-driven platform
- continue contributing through writing, sharing real-world experience, and actively participating in community discussions

Becoming more involved with Ministry of Testing, learning from the people behind it, and contributing back at a deeper level would be something I’d be genuinely proud of 💜
Let’s see where 2026 takes us.

P.S. adding this picture of myself as a reminder not to forget about the millions of bright lights I carry inside and am ready to share 🫰✨🫰

The MoTaverse and Ministry of Community is here to support your goals as much as we can. I'm so glad to hear how important it was to have your article published on the MoT site. As we say in the MoTaverse, bug congrats! 🏆 Your strength and determination shine through, and I’m grateful you chose to share this post.

Getting an article published is not easy and is a great achievement. I'm looking forward to seeing your next contributions.
