Cassandra H. Leung shares the following in Module 4, Lesson 4 of the Software Quality Engineering Certificate (SQEC).

"One thing that people can start doing straight away is to talk about quality in testing as it relates to risks that people care about. So if, for example, you know what the problem is that you're trying to solve from a business perspective, then you could talk about risks that could potentially undermine the value that you would be adding to the business and to the customers."

There's heaps more advice from Cassandra, Melissa Fisher, José Carréra, Hanisha Arora, and Suman Bala. Check it out when you get the chance.

How about you, what's one thing you do to support a stronger quality culture?

Talk. One thing I would do to support a strong quality culture is talk. That’s where I would start. Without talking to others, we stay confined to what quality means from our own perspective.
