That moment when RiskStorming explodes

At Peerscon this year, we had another RiskStorming Session to explore risks around an AI Coach.

The first two phases are know to be the most valuable:

1. What are high prio Quality Aspects?
2. What are the Risks that impact those?

I call these the two sides of the quality coin. You haven't defined quality for your product well enough unless you've ALSO thought about what could go wrong with it.
Hence, the risks.

The third phase, though, is when everyone brainstorms mitigation activities. There's a lot of cards to help you out.
A lot of discussion and ideas pop up, as Jesse and Emily can surely attest to!

In a generic workshop like this one, I tend to not moderate strongly and let the ideas flow.

However, when you'd do this with your team, make sure you keep the ideas relevant, to the point and not overwhelming.

Ask the question "What is the next small step you can take within your role to mitigate some of these risks?".

That will go a long way!
