The metrics we suffer

Most teams don’t suffer from a lack of metrics, they suffer from the wrong ones.

I’ve seen dashboards full of numbers that no one looks at, and reports that generate more questions than clarity.

But the right 2 or 3 metrics, clearly connected to business impact, can change how quality is discussed entirely.
