Today's goal

...is to validate three work items and get them to "Done".
As a new QA Tech Lead, I am now a *working* manager. As such, the "working" part of my daily responsibilities have been reduced a bit to allow for me to perform the managerial / administrative part. Getting through a day with a solid two hours of uninterrupted work as of late has become highly coveted. Getting three work items to "Done" in one day (in this case, *today*) is my goal.

I rather enjoy testing software and collaborating with my development team throughout the SDLC process to help build beautiful and functional software solutions for our clients. Also, as a working Sr. Tech Lead, I love being a servant-leader to my fellow QA Analysts.
