It's been a while since I read a business book, and have long followed Jason Cohen. He also has a nice connection to the quality space as being the original founder of SmartBear.
Anyhows, I enjoyed his book, give it a go if that's your thing.
It's also nice to have a set of accompanying skills to go alongside it. This is the modern way! I haven't tried them yet, but I like the idea of providing skills alongside a book to help think through and take action on the words.
