Bug
Spotted this bug whilst taking out some cash from a cash machine.
However, the service worked seamlessly. Card goes in, PIN number entered, service selected. Cash pops out.
Zero issues. Job done.
Makes you wonder, can we question our assumptions and obsession with bugs if our customers can achieve their outcomes?
