Claude as my constant companion

It’s happening. I can’t deny my habits are changing.

I haven’t gone many places without my laptop. It’s been my life for 20 years. Any opportunity I would open it up and tick a few things off my list. Over the years, my phone also became part of this habit.

As a mother of 5 and building a business, this was the only way. The MoTaverse has been built whilst my kids have been breastfeeding, sleeping, feeling poorly, whilst playing…and so much more.

What I could do was always limited. Often reviewing, emails and conversations, or watching/listening to videos/podcasts.

And don’t get me wrong, it’s not about the hustle. It’s been my reality and I’ve been fortunate to be able keep going like this.

The reality is my brain doesn’t switch off, and I’d rather find ways to work with it in a way that works for me. I find I can’t just sit in the park and watch my kids play. I have to do something. Often I get my steps in by walking in circles with a podcast or a book. I also sometimes get crafty with writing and sketching. My girls will often join in.

But now what I can do has changed. I feel like I can do more with Claude.  Can get different things done. I can spread out my token use and get Claude to start doing something, and for me to finish off when I get back to my desk.

Whilst I get my steps in. Whilst listening to music. Whilst my girls enjoy their outside time.

And then, now that the MoTaverse has improved, I can even create this Moment, by hand via my phone, not with Claude.

Some things I do with the help of Claude, what will probably be my constant companion, but also the MoTaverse has improved enough to be contributing from my phone too.

I’m not complaining. I have become that person that walks and talks with Claude. Funny and wild to think about.
