This is something that I'm pursuing myself, and I find that what distinguishes us from machines is that we are humans!

So let's look into our soft skills and improve them.

Totally agree. I build teams on soft skills first, role skills second treating each person as an individual, embracing the differences we have. Thats the core of where teams connect, help each other and thrive. One might almost say, communities are built on soft skills.
