Feedback for the tester to Quality Engineer gap analysis
12 Feb 2026
I had a personal message thanking me for the gap analysis. The person had thought they were not good enough to apply for a role titled 'Quality Engineer'. But after taking the gap analysis, they found they were much closer than they thought. It gave them the confidence to go ahead and apply, and they have an interview soon. Fingers crossed.
I was really happy for them. Not only is this great feedback, but it shows that sharing things with the MoTaverse can have impacts you might not be aware of.
Has someone in the MoTaverse helped you? Have you applied what you've learned and added value, or had a great result? Thank the person whose contributions helped you and award a community star. Or tag them in a memory. Share the impacts and make someones day. This sure made my day when I read it.
