Grumpy Office: This is my happy face

I often have a serious face. These days I put it down to an autistic thing. Typically it's when my mind is elsewhere, thinking hard, I frown 'n' what not.

Often, my girl asks me if I'm ok. Checking in with me. I wake up a bit, smile, and say "yeah, I'm okay."

More recently, we've been having fun with Grumpy Care bear. I now have a mug, a mini soft toy and even one dressed up as a duck...amongst other little bits. The funny thing is the mug says "This is my happy face". And it rings true for me. My face may look Grumpy, but actually I'm very happy.

Now my girl calls my home office 'Grumpy Office'. She's made me a sign. Here it is. You may see it on video calls. It is the best. 🥰

📝 Lesson to learn: don't judge a person by their grumpy face
