Processes are awesome

Tom Game made a comment about how processes can be viewed as exciting in Stu Day's 'Storytelling: bringing Quality to life' session at Leading With Quality.

Often we can relate to processes as boring, or not being impactful, but the reality is that processes are at the heart of change, innovation and quality (of course). 

This is something that has been at the heart of my own work, a few quick reflections of my own:

To me processes have been pretty exciting to work on. We can't address it all at once. Change doesn't happen overnight, that's too risky.

I've personally resorted to looking at our progress, outcomes and successes by looking back in time, 6 months ago, 1 year ago, 3 years ago. When we look back, we can see how all the processes that have change have created the (hopefully) positive outcomes. We must pay attention to that...and in the theme of Stu's session, try to find ways to tell stories around it.
