The Triple A of AI: articulate, accelerate, amplify

Rosie and I have got a bit of a joke going on at the moment. How many time can we say "There's a Moment in that!" A reference to encouraging the wonderful MoTaverse community to share their ideas as a Moment - like this, a blog post on the MoTaverse.

Well, this idea came up live on This Week in Community (TWiC), and Rosie called it immediately: "there's a moment in that." So here it is.

AI does three things for the work you're already doing:

Articulate. It helps you say what you actually mean. Turning a half-formed thought into something clear enough to share, whether that's a summary for your team, an idea you've been sitting on or to make sense of data.

Accelerate. It speeds up what you do and what you can deliver. The boring, necessary stuff that used to eat a whole afternoon.

Amplify. It makes your abilities bigger, for better or worse. Amplify the good habits and good processes, and you get more of what's already working. Amplify the bad ones, and you get more of that too. Worth being honest with yourself about which one's getting more attention.

This isn't really about AI doing the work, while it can, it's more what happens to your existing capabilities when you orchestrate with AI.

Where's AI accelerating, amplifying, or helping you articulate something in your work this week?
