What is next after an experienced quality role?

15 Jul 2026

So you been around the company block enough times to recognize the seasons of the place.
Summer, Crunch, Performance-review, Financial Year.
You have probably seen P-1 incidents and P-I planning come and go in the calendar.
And
configured things mortals wouldn't believe.
Seen the attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.

Some of my thoughts on this challenge, is captured in this blog post
https://www.o2sn.dk/2026/07/14/what-is-next-after-an-experienced-quality-role/

For the the expanded story I'll be at Leading With Quality 2026 exploring the staff-level individual contributor path, and the mindset shift that comes with moving from deep technical expertise to influencing how organisations are designed for value.
