Professional nuisance. I've got a knack for finding gaps in complex system integrations. I'm currently learning how to be an effective Quality Engineering leader, any advice would be much appreciated!

If you insist! We recently wrapped up a HUGE time critical project, and there was loads of awesome feedback for all teams involved during today's sprint demo. I'm fairly sure it was the first time I've been called out individually for the kind of glue work that I usually just get on with, which was nice.

Well done Adam, thats fantastic news. Love the meme. I was so used to not being recognised for glue work in previous organisations that I was quite happy to get satisfaction from seeing that work bring the improvements I wanted to see...a silent party. So when I do get recognised for it now I have to turn my camera off as I can be seen cringing in the spotlight π¬

Thanks, Gary! Yeah that's pretty much how I usually approach things too, love a silent party πΊ

Brilliant meme!
And bug congrats on your positive feedback. π
