Sergei Liakhov
I’m a Senior QA Engineer focused on high-load and distributed systems.
My experience spans enterprise SaaS platforms (300+ engineers, 10+ teams, 100K+ DAU) and performance-critical voice automation systems (NLP, LLM, speech synthesis). I specialize in testing strategy, performance engineering, and validating complex microservice architectures, while also designing and developing end-to-end backend test automation frameworks and CI-integrated testing infrastructure in Python/Pytest.
I previously led three development sub-teams (up to 16 engineers) as a Software Engineering Manager, overseeing the full SDLC and optimizing team processes. This leadership experience now strengthens my hands-on QA work, allowing me to approach testing from both technical and system-level perspectives.
I enjoy working on technically complex systems where quality, scalability, and reliability directly impact business outcomes.

Here are a few ways you can help them get started:-
Tag them in a Moment. Think of a Moment as a blog post. Mention
in one of yours so they see they're already part of the conversation. - Invite them to an Event. There are plenty of online and in-person events to choose from. A shared event is an easy way to connect.
- Credit them in The Observatory. Share a link they pointed you to, or one they'd value. A small nod goes a long way.
- Suggest they comment on a Session, Moment or Insight. Commenting is a good way to find your voice. Give them a reason to jump in.
- Point them to the Glossary. Suggest a term they could add, or their take on one. Everyone has an interpretation worth sharing.
- Bring them into a Chapter. These are topic and location-based spaces for members to gather. Help them find their people.
