I have over 15 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing. In my current role as an SQA Lead, I manage a team of testers, ensuring the quality of software products through rigorous testing processes and continuous improvement initiatives. My expertise includes designing test plans, creating test cases, and implementing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Truclient, LoadRunner. One of my key strengths is my ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure that quality is built into the product from the early stages of development. I have a strong attention to detail and a passion for identifying and resolving issues before they impact the end user. I also have experience in mentoring junior testers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization. I am constantly looking for ways to improve processes and adopt new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA function.
