Hello :) Over the last 8 years I've been fortunate to speak with lots of awesome people that are mega talented when it comes to all things Software Quality. I've assisted with hiring over 200 Test Automation experts and Quality Engineers, mostly in the UK and have enjoyed expanding my network in this space. 1 year ago I established my business, Balance Talent Solutions, through which I work closely with Quality Engineering Leaders to identify and onboard exceptional people for their teams. Outside of work, I spend time travelling with my wife and we enjoy adventure. I'm a musician and have been passionate about playing drums all of my life. Recently I've got back into tennis, at a level best described as 'very amateur, not pleasant to watch.'
