Thanks Gary. You're right, there's often a gap between what we feel we should do in the community and what we can actually achieve. We all live busy lives with lots going on. Sometimes I go through phases of high energy and engagement and then periods where I feel I have to step back to focus on other things. I think the point is, that's OK; and we shouldn't feel bad about it.

Definitely. The boundaries of where we can add value has shifted from 'Test Team' to pretty much the entire company. Whilst it's inspiring and daunting at the same time, it makes for a new and exciting challenge.

Build something out of Lego that represents good leadership, we were asked. Everyone contributed different aspects - and then we integrated all the pieces together. The leader in the model is Spiderman. Whilst he stands at the top of a tower, he sits on a firm foundation and many supporting pieces. Above him is a upside down pyramid. This models two things - a great weight of responsibility on his shoulders but it also represents his team. He is not above his team, he is there to support them.

"... we both agree, that's not what I've got written down here...!"

It's happening! Let's see what I can come up with... I've a few ideas!
