Harshith Aiyannira Ganesh

I’m an experienced Automation Test Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in both manual and automation testing, ISQI-certified, and skilled in delivering high-quality solutions across Banking, Insurance, and Automobile domains.

I’ve worked in the UK, Sweden, and India, gaining exposure to diverse projects and teams, and I’m currently based in Manchester. My technical toolkit includes Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, TestNG, BDD/TDD frameworks, REST API testing, and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Azure DevOps. I also bring strong knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, and cloud platforms like AWS.

At Barclays UK, I designed and maintained Playwright-based automation frameworks, implemented BDD for API testing, and introduced innovative data-driven testing strategies that streamlined end-to-end validation. Previously at Capgemini, I built component-based frameworks, led regression test automation, and improved efficiency by reducing testing time and enhancing coverage.

I hold a Distinction in MSc Advanced Computer Science from the University of Leicester and a BE in Electronics & Communication. Alongside my technical career, I’ve also been a Britain’s Got Talent 2025 quarter-finalist, where I showcased creative performance skills.

I’m passionate about test automation, quality assurance, and building scalable frameworks that make products more reliable. Currently seeking opportunities as a QA/SDET Engineer to contribute my skills to high-impact projects.
