In my current role as an SQA Lead, I manage a team of testers, ensuring the quality of software products through rigorous testing processes and continuous improvement initiatives. My expertise includes designing test plans, creating test cases, and implementing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Truclient, LoadRunner. One of my key strengths is my ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure that quality is built into the product from the early stages of development.
