Ha, brilliant! I initially thought bug then thought feature. A feature to encourage people to try something new or remind folks that other different items are available: "Ah, big mac sauce, maybe I also want a big mac?" kinda thing.

It seems clear we might all like to just jump into these AI things without fully considering other people's position and feelings about it all. And Preeti was great at reemphasising the importance of intentional care.
