Seriously, I've mentioned this on a couple of calls and TWiQ podcasts that I was going through an interview process for a promotion. Well it happened, I have recently been promoted from QA Lead to Head of Engineering. 

I have to say, its thanks to the MoTaverse that I actually went for this role. In the last year, I have learnt so much from MoT content and people. The Podcasts, MoTacon, TWiQ, Ambassadors, slack discussions, articles, talks, courses I've experienced that you contributed to were instrumental in me thinking "I can do this". 

If this opportunity would have come  a year earlier, I would have assumed that the business would look for someone with deeper programming and architectural experience and would not have even considered it.

So thank you MoTaverse! There's a quality guy leading an engineering team, we can do this! 🙏
