Jorge goes through a few user cases and demonstrates how it can make tester's life a lot easier. TestRail works via the API, allowing you to get necessary variables. This spotlight shows how you can use the application and if you'd like to delve deeper into the API layer, they've lots of documentation to support you.
Jorge also shares how you can change the datasets without impacting the tests, as well as the ability to generate multiple tests against a wide range of data sets. Allowing you to decide how you want to manage these test runs. Meaning you're able to deliver a product that is working that support your customer - especially if you have clients with very specific datasets.
