Love this. Here's an idea: whilst I was listening, I envisioned a Moment that introduces the idea of QA of the Gaps, and then other Moments that are written to share examples of them, multiple people could write them based from their own experiences. They could all be tagged qa-of-the-gaps, then maybe over time it ends up as a QA of the Gaps collection. Just an idea, no pressure, but perhaps it also helps to see how we are thinking about 'stacking content' in manageable but connected ways.

I'm guilty! I'm jumping across gaps all the time 🤚. But what I try to do is focus on influencing responsibilities that can act on knowing who should fill the gap or those who probably should own that responsibility. I make it explicit, "I will help with this" not "I will do this". But, I still fall into the trap sometimes where I enjoy filling that gap and that my efforts are making a difference.
