Me and Bug go to the 2025 BCS SIGiST Conference

19 Jun 2025

“Bug! Bug! Bug!” shouted my seven year old son as I said goodbye to him for the day. He loves this Bug t-shirt.

So the two of us (Bug, not my son) stand ready at the train station. We’re all set to meet some amazing people and learn a whole tonne of stuff.

At the 2024 conference I met many brilliant people from the SIGiST community. Those connections led to good collaborations with folks such as Mike Harris, Maddy Kilsby-McMurray and many more.

SIGiST holds a special place in my heart as it was the first community I got involved with by attending my first ever testing conference back in 2004.

Glad to be here again in 2025.
