Let's Mature This Conversation: Growth by Intention

Megan Ozanne's session reframed maturity models for me. Teams grow either by accident or by intention, and a maturity model is the support structure that steers growth in the right direction while making invisible work visible. At its heart are people: what they need, the pressures they face, and the assumptions they make about each other. My biggest takeaway is that maturity is a journey, not a destination. Listening to every perspective along the way is where the real understanding happens.
