How can we use a tree analogy to describe quality?
We have to grow with the team. New members are branches as things grow.
Definition of quality remains the same.
The tree changes shape but the roots remain and get deeper. Our understanding literally becomes deeper. Quality goes much deeper.
There are shrubs and items around the tree that protect it, that support the quality of the tree.
Analogies are powerful tools for talking about quality.
