The smallest thing someone can do is take out time and dedicate it for automation.
Whenever we want to start with something new, we have ideas what we want to achieve, "Yes" feeling to achieve it, enthusiasm to do it but all we lack is time when to start.
We need to dedicate says 30 minutes initially thrice a week and then gradually increasing to 1 hr each day. This initial 30 minutes, we need to explore the existing automation(if we already have) or think of what new tool we want to learn or be in touch with a person who can help/support us and guide about how to step into and move ahead into automation world.
