Another great question asked by Rosie Sherry for the :
What support did you find most helpful during the transition?
Walking alone in the journey is a bit difficult but it becomes easy if we have some support, motivation and encouragement.
I had a support of 2-3 friends during initial days. We all stepped into automation together, we were failing , learning and at the same time motivating each other. If I used to feel low sometimes, others were their to encourage and motivate and vice versa.Â
Celebrating small wins like automating database connection successfully, implementing try and catch etc made us feel proud and reason to continue learning and explore more. Taking small but strong step is important.Â
Positive feeling like "If they can do, why not me" or " If I can do it why not you" or " Yes, I can do it" is the best self motivating support.Â
