TestBash is now MoTaCon

It's time to remove the silos

TestBash is now MoTaCon image

TLDR; We have rebranded TestBash to MoTaCon to better communicate our commitment to leading with quality

In some sense, nothing changes.

In another sense, it enables us to have clarity and focus on moving the quality craft forward, and it could change everything.

So, what? Over the past couple of years it has become increasingly difficult to talk about and advocate for the work we do under the banner of ‘testing’. Testing has always supported quality, yet quality is about supporting the whole system. All our work in the Motaverse is shifting towards that quality mindset.

Software testing will continue to be a huge part of what we do, yet to advance the industry we feel it is essential to swiftly change with the times. With a quality mindset we can give more focus to the systems we build.

This change is a cultural change. We aim to innovate, remove silos and build bridges across the tech industry. And of course, it will be led by the energy of the Motaverse people.

There is more! MoTaCon and all in-person events are now part of (and require) Professional Membership. Professional Members can get their MoTaCon tickets today.
