I switched careers moving from the Head of Customer Experience to a junior QA. Over the years I've worked diligently to gain the experience required for lead and management roles.

I've been working in the software testing and quality engineering space since the year 2000 whilst also combining it with my love for education and community building.

I am the Quality Engineering Lead for Auror where I support our engineering streams to produce quality product. I have worked in the IT industry for many years and have had many experiences to help me build a solid understanding of business needs, quality assurance, and customer communication (both internal and external customers). Over my career in the IT industry, I have held multiple roles including software development, IT consulting, and application support. All this leading to where I am today, in a job that I love, enjoy, and I'm actually pretty good at.

Jokin as been a Software Tester since 2008, he had moved from Waterfall to Agile, from Test cases to Exploratory testing, from Excel to Rapid Software Testing. He has learnt from James Bach & Michael Bolton, from Huib Schoots & Richard Bradshaw, from Lisa Crispin & Fiona Charles, from Pekka Marjamäki & Martin Hynie … and one night he invited Pradeep Soundararajan to dinner, so he knows about the secret sauce of testing. After a couple of years experimenting as Product Owner, he is back to testing, now trying the test consultant way.

Ali is an International award-winning speaker and contributor to many tech communities. As a test architect he is leading quality transformation projects across teams working on SaaS, mobile applications and Big data projects running analytics using AI & ML. To transform team’s quality practices, he helps them with assess automation practices, develops testing and automation trainings, building test strategies & quality road maps, develop automation frameworks & DevOps enablers.
