Kevin Fauver
I'm a Quality Engineering professional with 12 years of experience embedded within enterprise software development teams, helping organizations deliver reliable software through automation ownership, release readiness, and quality leadership.
My work extends far beyond traditional QA responsibilities and sits at the intersection of Quality Engineering, Automation Engineering, and Technical Leadership. I partner closely with developers, product stakeholders, and business teams to reduce delivery risk, improve release confidence, and establish sustainable quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Throughout my career, I've built and maintained automation solutions using Selenium and Playwright, validated complex business workflows, performed API and integration testing, and influenced quality strategy across multiple customer-facing and internal platforms. I enjoy solving problems at the systems level rather than simply executing test cases.
One of my greatest strengths is translating quality from a final validation step into an engineering capability. I enjoy building processes, documentation, and automation strategies that enable teams to ship software with confidence while creating long-term improvements in maintainability and operational consistency.
I also enjoy mentoring teammates, developer enablement, and influencing engineering practices without relying on formal authority. My approach combines technical depth with cross-functional collaboration to help teams make informed decisions, identify risk early, and continuously improve the way software is delivered.
I'm currently exploring remote opportunities where I can continue growing as a Lead Quality Engineer, Senior QA Automation Engineer, Quality Engineering Lead, or Technical Quality Leader, with an emphasis on automation strategy, release confidence, and technical leadership.

Here are a few ways you can help them get started:-
Tag them in a Moment. Think of a Moment as a blog post. Mention
in one of yours so they see they're already part of the conversation. - Invite them to an Event. There are plenty of online and in-person events to choose from. A shared event is an easy way to connect.
- Credit them in The Observatory. Share a link they pointed you to, or one they'd value. A small nod goes a long way.
- Suggest they comment on a Session, Moment or Insight. Commenting is a good way to find your voice. Give them a reason to jump in.
- Point them to the Glossary. Suggest a term they could add, or their take on one. Everyone has an interpretation worth sharing.
- Bring them into a Chapter. These are topic and location-based spaces for members to gather. Help them find their people.
