I also love how 'do hard things' is very personal to our own circumstances. What's hard for me, is different for someone else. And that's ok. The point is to do the hard, for us, in that moment in time. And then hopefully feel good afterwards. ❤️

When I write articles, I often write a placeholder title, but then change it once the actual article is done. I wonder if you could do that once you've finished the book. You could even feed the content into AI to help you brainstorm titles.

Great conversation. I've shared a mindmap on it in the MoT Slack. It would be cool to build upon it. I could imagine curating a collection and then combining it into a list of frictions. I feel a memory post incoming. :)
